Quality Protein Powder

I have been searching a long time for an excellent quality of protein powder to offer to bootcampers. Yes, real food is always best but for those times when you want a quick pre or post workout snack or you are on the road, a great quality shake will get you closer to your goals then going thru takeout!

I have discovered the finest grade ISO Whey casin whole milk protein powder. No soy, no sugar, lactose free, and no fillers. Available in 2.2lb tubs only. Sells for $62.50 a tub in stores

1 tub $45
2 tubs for $80
Chocolate, Vanilla or Plain

Email or call to order. I will be carrying this brand on an ongoing basis.

Nico, my son who is a AAA hockey player goes thru alot of protein powder!! He loves this one, and he has tried many brands. I use him as my testing ground for many products. Such a great kid!!

Sandra

Kelly’s Testimonial

I have been a Boot Camp Goddess for almost a year, and Sandra, I can’t thank you enough for all of the positive changes I have been able to witness in myself.  For the first time, I have taken full responsibility of what I put into my body, and have been ecstatic with the results of what I’m getting out of it.  The brand new wardrobe and the joy I now get out of shopping aside, the results have come in all forms: clearer skin, deeper sleeps (and no cat naps after work!), muscles and lines on my body I didn’t know even existed, and best of all, a workout routine with a great group of ladies who are all striving for the same thing.  Each class continues to be different from the last, and each session brings an innovative change that keeps us coming back for more.  I look forward to every Tuesday and Thursday, knowing that a good workout is on it’s way.  I now realize the utmost importance of a balanced diet and intense physical activity, even if it’s for 10 minutes a day.
Sandra, thank you for being such an amazing motivator on my journey to become the person I strive, and know I can, be! I may be close to my initial goal of where I want to be, but I know that once it’s reached, I will forever remain a Boot Camp Goddess! :)

Weekly Challenge Sept 27th 2010

This weeks challenge is for you to eat only real food.  Nothing out of a box, bag or container. Eat only single ingredient foods.  Yes you hopefully are already doing this as a way of life, but I know many of you are not there yet. So this weeks challenge is to bring your awareness to what you are eating on a daily basis.   A box of crackers, even if organic or wholegrain is still a processed man made food.  Bread is not a single ingredient food.  If you make homemade soup from scratch and only use single ingredient foods, this is ok.  Be sure not to use processed flavourings in the soup.
The purpose of this weekly challenge is to become aware of how you feel when you eliminate all man made processed foods into your body.
Notice how your energy levels, skin, nail, hair, moods are all effected.
Have fun with it!

Great Vegan Gluten Free Bakery

Thanks to Matia I am sharing this great find in Burlington.
This cozy little shop has indoor and outdoor seating areas and a wonderful line up of goodies to eat. They have a gluten free vegan bakery, a juice bar, coffees and small selection of grocery items. Worth checking out!

Weekly Challenge Sept 20th 2010

I challenge you this week to pay close attention to how you feel while eating. Put down your fork/spoon after each bite and fully chew your food. Eat only until satisfied, not stuffed. It takes your brain and stomach about 20 mins to connect so you are fully aware you are full. Eat until satisfied, not full. This will go along way to ensure you don’t overeat and ingest too many unwanted calories.

When I do good….
