BootCamp Info
There are only 12 people in a bootcamp class. This will never change. I have watched too many fitness videos from the competition with 20 or more in a class. The lack of good form from some participants makes me cringe. Training this way will create injury to your body over the long haul. Your joints and ligaments will not take kindly to such abuse. Yes, you may get results with these other programs, there are lots of fabulous trainers out there doing amazing things to create better health in individuals. My prime directive has always been to give a client the tools needed to create their healthiest body and mind possible. This applies to both training and food suggestions. Learning correct form from day one is key. Constant correction on form is sometimes required to train the muscle memory properly from the get go.
I am not giving you a hard time, or picking on you. I want you to succeed the safest way possible. This will never change. I welcome you to try out a camp and find out for yourself why over 90% of my clientele have been with me for over 2 years, and many over 5 years. Energies are moving fastest in 2012 than ever before! Did you purchase an online voucher? – Important info
If you purchased an online voucher in 2012 Congrats!
Please read the following for your next steps to register into your desired class choices -
1. Go here and create yourself an account in MyVolo online registration system. List your voucher number in the Member Profile area under “Important health information” area.
2. Register yourself in to the desired days and times of class. Enroll into Voucher Bootcamp only
Please note your 4 weeks of class starts the first day of your first class. No exceptions.
3. Bring water, clean indoor shoes and a yoga mat should you wish to use your own. All other equipment for a full body workout will be provided.
4. Email Sandra@bootcampgoddess.com asking for a liability waiver to be emailed to you. Please put “Need waiver” in the subject line. Also include your voucher number in the email.
5. Bring to the first camp the following-
1. Exact HST amount in an envelope with your name on it
2. Signed liability and health waivers
3. Water/yoga mat
