Clarkson Bootcamp
THE WORKOUT – 8 Week Session
Described by some as the circuit workout from H#ll, this workout does what it needs to do.

Physical activity is the best remedy to many aliments. Boot Camps have a maximum of 12 women registered so YOU are assured personal attention to get the most out of your boot camp experience. Slacking off is NOT an option.

- All fitness equipment is supplied
- Bring water and an inexpensive yoga mat
- There are no showers or day care at the facility

Please bring your voucher to first camp. You may sign up for camps using vouchers starting Jan 23rd. 4 weeks begins as of first camp registered in. If purchased 2 vouchers,plse register both 4 weeks back to back so you are attending one full session of 8 weeks
