Vitality and Athletes

Molecular biologist, Rob Needlman PhD, talks about ageLOC science. Rob specifically covers why athletes will benefit from Vitality.

Dr. Rob Needleman ageLOC science Link:

Since Vitality has been on the market, we are finding that there is a small percentage of people who may take approx 60 days to “feel” or “notice” any benefits.  It is important to know, it is still working in your body even if you don’t notice the benefits right away.

Question: What are the primary benefits of ageLOC™ Vitality?

  • Promotes healthy Youth Gene Clusters (YGCs) activity associated with youthful vitality.
  • Supports three dimensions of vitality that typically decline with age—physical vigor, mental acuity, and sexual desire.
  • Raises and sustains baseline energy levels.

Question: What type of benefits do we hear people reporting while taking ageLOC™ Vitality?

Answer: Reduced cravings for caffeine, sugar, carbs…no need for afternoon naps…no lull in productivity during the work day…more mental clarity…more creativity…better ability to focus and concentrate…better quality sleep…waking early, rested…increased energy all day long…greater sense of wellbeing…increased athletic performance…faster recover from work outs, greater endurance…increased sexual desire…and greater strength.

Unlike many products currently on the market, ageLOC™ Vitality is not designed to provide a quick fix or boost. Instead, it is formulated to raise and maintain a person’s baseline energy level for a long-term and sustained increase in overall vitality. This helps people avoid the ups and downs of caffeinated and high-sugar drinks and supplements.

What is happening with ageLOC™ is incredible … we have cornered the anti-aging market with incredible breakthroughs to help us all safely and effectively look younger and feel younger. This comes after years of research in conjunction with Stanford, LifeGen Technologies, and other anti-aging experts around the world.

Note that everything we do impacts gene expression (foods, stress, exercise etc.). The difference is now we understand what is happening at the genetic level and can identify the specific genes clusters that affect aging for each tissue (from years of research utilizing the findings of the human genome project). ageLOC™ technology is like a Google search into the body to identify these youth gene clusters.

Because of this knowledge we can produce products that are safer and more targeted than anything that has ever been available. The new vitality product is a combination of phytonutrients that we as humans have consumed for thousands of years, in a combination that can reset the gene activity of the identified genes to have a more youthful expression.

Did You Know That a Clean Colon Can Contribute To Achieving Your Optimal Health Goals?

Having a clean colon can:

 Improve metabolic efficiency

 Improve the absorption of nutrients

 Increase energy

 Improve mental clarity

 Improve the health of your immune system

The colon or the large intestine is known as the sewer system of the body. It stores waste matter, gasses and toxins. Over time, toxins can be transported into the circulatory system, which may create problems for the body in metabolizing food and fats, and zapping you of the energy you need to get through the day.

Colon Hydrotherapy is a gentle internal bath that deep cleanses the colon to remove accumulated waste matter and trapped gasses thereby freeing your other organs from dealing with an overload of toxins. Colon hydrotherapy can also assist in relieving constipation, allergies and symptoms of intestinal distress. It is also the perfect procedure to detoxify the major organs of elimination (liver, kidney and lymphatic system) and restore normal bowel function.

Colon Hydrotherapy sessions are administered by a trained Colon Hydrotherapist certified by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), which ensures continuing and progressive education in the field of colon hydrotherapy and implements professionalism beyond reproach. The equipment used is state-of-the-art and FDA approved, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.

What to expect during a Colon Hydrotherapy Session
A Colon hydrotherapy session (colonic) is a gentle and relaxing experience. During the treatment, the client is laying on a massage table wearing their own upper clothing and a disposable pair of shorts. The therapist inserts a disposable speculum into the rectum and uses several fills and releases so that between 15 to 30 gallons of water gently flow through the colon. Purified water which has been filtered three times and is at body temperature is used during the procedure. All fecal matter, gas, mucus and parasites leave the body without odour or health risk. A viewing tube in the machine displays all of the waste as it leaves the body. The therapist is with the client at all times to ensure their comfort and privacy.

Organic Implants which help to soothe, loosen hard or lodged debris and assist in the ease of elimination are also prepared and administered during the colonics. Examples of implants used include:

Chlorophyll Implant- soothing, deodorizing, softens up built-up material, removes gases, feeds friendly flora in the colon
Coffee Implant – stimulates the liver and colon to let go of toxic waste, this implant allows you to deep cleanse
Bentonite Implants – draws toxins 40 times its weight, and is especially helpful when coming down with a cold or flu. Also helps remove radiation from the body.
Citricidal Implant – draws out parasites, breaks down mucous and yeast
Aloe Vera Implant – very healing when inflammation or intestinal ulcers are a problem. Also helps remove radiation from the body.

I highly recommend having a colonic to maintain and improve your overall health. I visit the clinic below. It’s a wonderful experience and you will feel fabulous from having done so!

Do you know what is in the box?

If you still purchase boxed “food” to eat, the time has come when you must start reading the labels to see what you truly are ingesting.

You have one meat suit this life time, eating real food will go along way to keeping you healthy. Eating sugar, processed oils and chemicals will not.

My Favorite Bread

If you are going to eat bread, eat one that is low in sugar and additives. My fav is a Spelt bread from the ShaSha Bread.co.
It has only 2 gram of sugar, and 6 grams of protein. It’s a whole grain, is yeast, lactose and dairy free. No added fat, no trans fat or cholesterol. It’s also a good source of iron and fire. I love mine toasted with organic almond butter! Yummy

You Eat What For Breakfast?

When it comes to your health, and body fat, nothing is worse or contributes to more body fat than sugar!

Here are a few common breakfast cereals. Most cereals are nothing more than candy in a box, marketed to tell you it’s good for you! Ha, sure good if carrying excess fat and ingesting HFC’s and chemicals is what you are all about!

You must get in the habit of checking labels if you insist on eating packaged “foods.”
Choose brands of cereals that are lower than 5 grams per servings.

So, how many grams of sugar are contained in these breakfast treats?

  1. Fiber One Raisin Bran Clusters contains 13 g of sugar per serving and it contains high fructose corn syrup.
  2. Raisin Bran Crunch contains a whopping 20 g of sugar per serving (That’s a one cup serving, most people eat 2 cups) and it also contains high fructose corn syrup listed three different times on the label within other ingredients!
  3. Quaker’s Instant Oatmeal Maple and Brown Sugar Flavor contains 12 g of sugar per packet.

4.  Crunch N Munch’s Buttery Toffee Popcorn with Peanuts contains 13 g of sugar per serving, with its first ingredient being sugar, and its second ingredient being corn syrup, with partially hydrogenated oils close behind.

OK, so #4 isn’t really a cereal but contains less sugar then the Raisin Bran “healthy cereal.”

You must read labels and not get duped by marketing!

You only get one meat suit per life time sista! Fuel it with processed, chemical laced junk, and expect it to run out of vitality and life substantially quicker than it needs too!

Quality of life is what rocks! Fuel your body with real food. Foods that once flew, swam, ran, grew on a tree, vine or in the ground. Foods bursting with colours and life force.

Make it so!

Namaste,
Sandra
