With the Olympics over we have so much to be thankful for!! GOLD we own it!

We experienced great competition from our friends south of us, but come on now CANADA IS HOCKEY!!
Rock On Canada!! An awesome country full of hockey loving, sport loving, kick ass individuals!!

Another year come and gone…
The past 10 years have flown by, but 2009 was by far the faster year ever! And if completely honest I have
to say I am open and more then ready for the new energies 2010 will bring! It has always been my belief that every circumstance
we create, every experience is an opportunity for growth…I have grown in 2009, and let’s leave it at that :)
Highlights of 2009 -
Business -
- business tripled
- referrals tripled
- made several new contacts to expand our businesses with in 2010
- strengthened relationships with existing clients…many who have become friends
- client base increased
- opened other locations of BootcampGoddess
- Found awesome trainers to expand the business with
- new website and logo redesign started…it’s a work in progress
- taught Ecstatic Grooves classes
Personal -
- discovered the impact I really have on my kids lives. This one beats out all the other great things which happened this year
by far
- discovered again how truly awesome each of my kids are. They are my motivation for all I do and aspire to be.
- renewed old friendships
- “Lost” 2 of my very best friends. Relationships change in life, it’s part of the deal.
- Walked across fire for the second time. Coolest experience ever!
- Oh so much closer to living in the “I am”
- this year has provided me with several opportunities to be a positive impact on so many women’s lives. And I am happy
to say according to them I did good :)
Overall 2009 had many peaks and valleys, there was no middle ground! 2010 will bring many more opportunities for peaks, not so much on the valleys. This is my story and I am sticking with it!
Intentions for 2010 -
- another fire walk
- open locations in the GTA
- post videos on my blog regularly to track my hot yoga 40 day transformation and workouts
- open my own studio
- Create a workshop in the first quarter to inspire women to change what they are not thrilled with and to rediscover the joys of just being
- facilitate more grooves classes
- My Neo will find me
- and the big one which I have to keep private for now but it is what is the core of what motivates me every day to move forward and get comfortable with being uncomfortable…stay tuned!!
I encourage you to move into a space where you feel happy each and every moment of every day. If you don’t wake every morning and wonder what awesomeness the day will bring you, you may want to rethink how you are spending your days. All we have is “now”. Embrace each moment it’s truly all we have.
Move every day…dance, yoga, run, just move! Be still every day…make time to connect with the essence of who you are. Breathe every day. Every day shine your brightest so everyone around you sees that it is ok to do so. These things will change the world as we know it!!
Make 2010 your brightest year ever!

Things I learned this Weekend
I really do have the most fabulous children EVER! I am an awesome mom and the relationship I share with each of them brings me more joy then I can fully express.
Life truly is simple. Ignorance and stupidity can complicate it. Wake up and it will be easier.
When I stop every day to meditate,my life flows effortlessly
Dancing, getting lost in the sound, the beat, the energy, it’s what has kept me sane all these years.
When I learned to let go of all judgements and expectations towards other people and situations I was happier.
Truly knowing it all works out for the best, has been a gift.
The Matrix is real and has some really cool shit planned for me. Quantum Physics rocks! Possibilities are endless.
Being of service to others is my highest calling. To empower others to see the awesomeness of who they are is what it’s all about for me.
We are all the same in our desire to be wanted, to be loved, to be accepted.
I am not living my life to make you happy….and encourage you to explore the same. If you don’t take care of you, who do you think will do it? Acting with integrity in my relationship with myself is the first step to having integrity with others. Walk the talk or don’t talk. I don’t dictate to clients what I don’t myself practice.
I spent the weekend at Teacher Training with Misty Tripoli and fellow groovers. A group of people who just keep on expanding. We laughed, we cried, we supported each other and of course we danced! I am honored to be among them, to be one of them. We are AWESOME!!

Blogging?
I am told blogging is the new thing to do. The one thing an on top of her game business women must do to stay in the game. Well, I do not think this is my thing but will give it a go.
I am not one for having everyone know what is going on with me. I would prefer to be rich than famous I guess. I will attempt to keep you up to date on my workouts, what I am eating, when I am fasting, if I meet “Mr Big”, you know the regular girl stuff :)
Today was insanely busy! My daughter, Oriana graduated from high school. Two down, one to go. It was a perfect day to fast. When I am busy, fasting is very easy. A pleasure actually. I don’t have to stop and eat, taking time away from what needs to be done.
Didn’t meditate today :( will fix that tomorrow. Today was an off training day. Two in a row, attempting to give my shoulder a rest.
Love yourself first. Period.
Everything after that will fall into place.
