The Basics
Burpees 10
Get ups 10 (5 per side)
Pushups 10
Sumo Squats 10
Complete as many rounds as you can in 12 mins.
30 Seconds Work, 15 rest 
Complete 5 rounds
This workout will take less then 10mins.
Cross mountain climbers (with/without disc)
Bikes
Jump Squat
Get as many reps in per 30 seconds as you can, with correct form. Work as intensely
as you can, while at the same time listening to your body. Be aware of any issues it may
be trying to tell you about. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!
Clearly I have not yet figured out the in/outs of posting YouTube videos! Seems to be a size issue? I guess it's inline with my "Go Big and Go Home" principle! See if I can get this figured out, most likely will require assistance from a computer geek, gotta love'm!!
Workout of the Month -
10 Floor hops
30 Cross mountain climbers
20 Burpees
30 Straight Arm Jacks
Complete all reps. Rest 30 seconds. Repeat two more times.
Ladders x 12 Many of you loved last months ladder workout so I will keep the theme this month as well!
Split lung or stationary alternating lunge
Diamond push up
Side Plank left
Side Plank right
Perform each action once
Rest 15 seconds
Perform each action twice
2 lunges followed by 2 pushups followed by 2 seconds of plank
Rest 15 seconds
Perform each action three times
3 lunges followed by 3 pushups followed by 3 seconds of plank
Rest 15 seconds
Continue until you do 12 reps of each.
Then go back down the ladder…11 reps, rest, 10 reps, rest, 9 reps, rest…etc until back down to one rep.
