Labour Day Weekend 2011

Hello Goddess,
Labour Day Weekend is here again! Back to school, less patio and dock time, and cooler temps! Perfect time for outdoor workouts!
Here is a quick workout to do this weekend in the city or upnorth should you be lucky enough to be there!!
Ensure you warmup before beginning this workout.
Workout time 15 mins total
Complete 30 seconds of each movement with no rest in between each
Burpess
pushups
prisoner squats
cross mountain climbers
Froggers
Jacks
Walking lunges
Plank
Rest 60 seconds
Complete 3 rounds. Stay strong, stay focused!
A great body and excellent health is not hard….It’s a choice!

October 2010 Workout

30 Seconds Work, 15 rest
Complete 5 rounds

This workout will take less then 10mins.

Cross mountain climbers (with/without disc)
Bikes
Jump Squat

Get as many reps in per 30 seconds as you can, with correct form. Work as intensely

as you can, while at the same time listening to your body. Be aware of any issues it may

be trying to tell you about. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!
