It provides charts outlining your carb, fat, protein daily intake for starters, the number of steps you take, and will even create a meal plan for you based on your preferences. I will be testing this device out for a week starting next Sunday and can’t wait! I expect it will allow me to stay on track with eating and inspire me to work harder in my workouts to see the immediate gratification of calories burned! I will keep u posted……. |

Clearly I have not yet figured out the in/outs of posting YouTube videos! Seems to be a size issue? I guess it's inline with my "Go Big and Go Home" principle! See if I can get this figured out, most likely will require assistance from a computer geek, gotta love'm!!
